About the role
- Collaborate with Sales Management, Commercial Leads, China Merchandising, retailer teams, and internal systems to support annual objectives
- Attend Toy Fair Line Reviews at our Los Angeles Headquarters twice a year
- Help develop and refine sales PowerPoint presentations
- Participate in the sales planning process with Sales Management
- Review Commercial Leads presentations and provide feedback
- Visit retailer stores to capture brand visuals and merchandising execution
- Use ZURU tools (e.g. planograms, Show Cloud, PI Summary) to create data-driven presentations
- Create and manage spreadsheets in Excel and documents in Word
- Build capability to independently manage smaller sales accounts
- Lead showroom operations in Bentonville, ensuring all products and content meet current specs and brand standards
- Coordinate logistics across product orders, shipments, and related support for the Canadian business
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to drive team productivity and operational effectiveness
- Work cross-functionally with international teams and support execution to win listings and drive share gains
Requirements
- 4+ years sales support experience.
- Previous Retail industry experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Extremely proficient in MS Office including Excel & PPT.
- High attention to details
- Highly efficient and ability to meet deadlines.
- Detail oriented, structured, good team player, willing to learn and like to meet new people.
- Have experience with customer service.
