About the role

  • Post-Production Supply Chain Analysis & Optimisation: Conduct comprehensive analysis of end-to-end post-production logistics costs, Evaluate container packing efficiency, Evaluate pallet build efficiency, Analyse global freight costs across shipping trade lanes, Review warehousing costs, Investigate transport spend, Translate cost data into actionable insights, Conduct SKU-level cost-to-serve analysis
  • KPI & Dashboard Improvements: Collaborate with ZURU’s in-house data team to improve dashboards, Establish a KPI framework for continuous monitoring of cost and service performance globally
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance) and external logistics partners, Support commercial teams with logistics cost insights to inform pricing and margin strategies
  • Data-Driven Decision Support: Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations, Build business cases quantifying the impact of proposed supply chain improvements

Requirements

  • You have 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Array formulas).
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) and data visualisation
  • Understanding of logistics operations workflow - container optimisation, freight cost structures, 3PL operations, and fulfilment processes.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for identifying cost inefficiencies and operational bottlenecks.
  • Proficiency in interpreting rate cards and conducting detailed cost-to-serve analysis.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Exposure to high-volume, fast-paced supply chain environments is a strong advantage.
  • You studied business, supply chain, logistics, business analytics, or related field and have genuine excitement and interest in operations excecllence
