About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide overall leadership for three distribution centers, including site leaders and salaried/hourly teams
Establish consistent operating standards, KPIs, and best practices across all facilities
Drive a strong safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
Ensure facilities meet productivity, quality, and service level targets
Own end-to-end fulfillment performance, including order accuracy, on-time shipment, and cycle time
Collaborate with Supply Planning and Manufacturing to optimize inventory placement and deployment across the DC network
Lead continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives across the fulfillment network
Build, coach, and retain high-performing DC teams
Support succession planning and leadership development

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
10+ years of progressive distribution/warehouse leadership experience, including multi-site responsibility
Proven experience leading national or regional fulfillment operations
Strong financial acumen with experience managing large operating budgets
Demonstrated success in Lean, continuous improvement, or transformation initiatives
Experience with WMS platforms and distribution technology
Ability to travel to distribution centers and corporate locations
