Key responsibilities & impact

Recherche von Softwareprodukten und -anbietern online und in Unternehmenssystemen für Normalisierung, Preise, Auflagen, Benennungskonventionen, Anwendungsfälle, Funktionen
Unterstützung bei der visuellen Erstellung und Pflege von Berichten und Dashboards zur Anzeige von Geschäftsinformationen auf hohem Niveau
Unterstützung bei der visuellen Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen wie Präsentationen, Handbüchern, Wissensdatenbanken, Diagrammen und Arbeitslastverfolgung
Entlastung von technischen Teammitgliedern mit nicht automatisierbaren manuellen Aufgaben.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Derzeit in einem Bachelor- oder Masterprogramm in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finanzen/Rechnungswesen, Marketing, Betriebswirtschaft o.ä. eingeschrieben
Gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel (Pivot-Tabellen, logische/Lookup-Funktionen…)
Kreatives, aufgeschlossenes und proaktives Denken
Komfortable Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Team
Vertraut mit grundlegenden Funktionen von Power BI
Mindestkenntnisse in Englisch auf B2-Niveau.
