About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or Equivalent
6 months+ of experience in agricultural area
Crop Adjuster Proficiency Program Certification (CAPP) must be obtained within 180 days of hire date
Reliable personal transportation and travel within territory
Valid Driver’s License
Physical requirements include walking in fields up to 3 miles, climbing bins up to 25 feet, lifting 25 lbs. to 50 lbs., working outdoors in varying conditions
For Adjuster II: 2+ years in crop insurance and claims adjusting
For Specialist: 4+ years in agriculture or crop insurance industry with CAPP certification
