About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

responsible for the timely and accurate preparation and processing of electronic or over-deductible funding requests
Prefunds management process
Service fee and center invoices
Various check request payments related to different business lines
FAST system reconciliations
Dealing with TPD (Third Party Deductible) issues
Balance sheet account reconciliations in the Blackline system, in line with Zurich Group and local ZNA team policies and guidelines
Executing controls within the ICFR framework
require daily contact with US customers, both verbally and in writing

Requirements

What you’ll need

Finance and Accounting, Economy or equivalent academic degree
Solid basics of general accounting and accounts payable process
English skills – spoken and written at fluent level (C1)
Good knowledge of Excel
Analytical skills and attention to details
Ability to multitask
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of Insurance/ Financial Services legislation and regulations as an additional asset
