About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the sales efforts in Indiana market including Indiana, Ohio and parts of Michigan
  • Cultivate relationships and assist in driving production in current accounts and obtaining referrals for new F&I business opportunities
  • Support performance and key initiatives to help drive growth and profitability through ongoing training and development
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Attend conferences, seminars, training events and other meetings as needed
  • Understand and respond to changing technology/IT requirements of customer accounts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2 or more years of experience in the sales area OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4 or more years of experience in the sales area
  • Strong knowledge of principles of sales, sales techniques, and sales terminology
  • Dealership training experience
  • Advanced knowledge of technology within the dealership
  • Basic knowledge of all F&I products
  • Knowledge of techniques and terminology of warranty claims
  • Ability to multi-task
