About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the sales efforts in Indiana market including Indiana, Ohio and parts of Michigan
- Cultivate relationships and assist in driving production in current accounts and obtaining referrals for new F&I business opportunities
- Support performance and key initiatives to help drive growth and profitability through ongoing training and development
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Attend conferences, seminars, training events and other meetings as needed
- Understand and respond to changing technology/IT requirements of customer accounts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree and 2 or more years of experience in the sales area OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4 or more years of experience in the sales area
- Strong knowledge of principles of sales, sales techniques, and sales terminology
- Dealership training experience
- Advanced knowledge of technology within the dealership
- Basic knowledge of all F&I products
- Knowledge of techniques and terminology of warranty claims
- Ability to multi-task
