Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver Zurich's Business Change Portfolio and maturity development
Act as a key enabler and foundation for effective group wide project and portfolio management
Ensures delivery and governance standards are adhered to across all change delivery within the organisation
Leads the business case development, project mobilisation, project delivery assurance
Focus on project planning, risk identification and mitigation, resourcing, technology delivery, and third-party relationships
Financial budgeting, forecasting, and tracking

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 7 years experience in Project Management & Planning
Portfolio Management
Reporting
Risk Management
Financial Reporting
Technology Solution Development
Operating Model Solution Development
Experience in leading large change programmes with technology and people/organisational change is essential
Open and collaborative style, with a desire for continuous improvement, and creation of an enjoyable and collegiate working environment with a proven track record of success
