About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver Zurich's Business Change Portfolio and maturity development
  • Act as a key enabler and foundation for effective group wide project and portfolio management
  • Ensures delivery and governance standards are adhered to across all change delivery within the organisation
  • Leads the business case development, project mobilisation, project delivery assurance
  • Focus on project planning, risk identification and mitigation, resourcing, technology delivery, and third-party relationships
  • Financial budgeting, forecasting, and tracking

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 7 years experience in Project Management & Planning
  • Portfolio Management
  • Reporting

  • Experience in leading large change programmes with technology and people/organisational change is essential
