Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a legal partner supporting global corporate governance and regulatory compliance

Requirements

What you’ll need

J.D. or equivalent law degree
Active membership in good standing with a recognized legal jurisdiction
4–6 years of legal experience, ideally in a law firm environment
Experience in corporate, regulatory, governance, or financial services industries
Capacity to support legal, regulatory, or compliance matters across jurisdictions
Strong organizational and project management skills
Proactive, practical, business-oriented approach
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
Experience in insurance or financial services is a strong asset
