Health & Safety, Liability Risk Consultant

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver professional Health & Safety and liability risk consultancy
- Conduct liability-focused assessments, inspections, and management system reviews
- Evaluate controls and governance for EL/PL exposures and provide practical recommendations
- Produce high-quality written reports for clients, brokers, and underwriters
- Interpret emerging liability risks, legislation, and industry trends
- Support clients with ISO 45001 implementation and continuous improvement
- Build trusted relationships with customers, brokers, and internal teams to embed positive, sustainable risk culture
- Represent the business at events and share technical insights internally
Requirements
What you’ll need- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) with strong practical experience; professional membership (e.g. CMIOSH, CIRM) preferred
- Experience in Health & Safety or Liability Risk Consulting within insurance or large/multi-site environments
- Strong understanding of EL/PL risks, legislation, and risk management systems
- Sector experience in construction, manufacturing, logistics, public sector or infrastructure is beneficial
