About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for multiple large construction accounts
- Adapt Zurich's Innovative Solutions to minimize impacts to customer losses
- Leverage risk engineering tools to improve customer risk management
- Deliver high quality consultative services to customers
- Identify exposures and program risk control gaps
- Develop and maintain customer and business partner relationships
- Market and sell a range of fee services to customers
- Provide risk improvement advice and conduct loss investigations
- Assist customers with developing corporate and project-specific QA/QC and safety plans
- Participate in Sales Team meetings and presentations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of experience in Construction Risk Engineering, Safety/Risk Management, or Construction Field Operations OR High School Diploma with 8+ years experience OR Zurich Certified Apprentice with Associates degree and 6+ years experience
- Experience working in a team environment
- Degree in Engineering, Health and Safety, Risk Management, or Construction Management preferred
- Advanced knowledge of construction safety and associated risks
- Professional certifications: CSP, ARM, CHST
- High level of computer literacy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and iOS platforms
- Proficiency in technical writing
