Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for profitable growth and development of Account Executives and Insurance Sales Professionals
Analyze and provide strategic direction to the sales team in the marketplace
Drive sales efforts in the field
Represent the Zurich Team in leadership meetings and industry activities
Maintain responsibility for customer issues and challenges in the region
Oversee cross-team sales initiatives as needed
Planning, budgeting, coaching, interviewing/selection, and performance management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors Degree and 4 or more years of experience in the Outside Sales area OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 or more years of experience in the Outside Sales
Experience with the principles of sales, sales techniques, and sales terminology
Experience working within a regulatory environment
Experience with Microsoft Office
Experience analyzing financial statements and reports
Licensed to sell insurance products
