About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.
Write efficient SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and validate data.
Utilize Excel (including advanced functions) and Power Query for data preparation and analysis.
Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, and CRM teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights.
Coordinate with Production Support and Development teams to support data requirements, troubleshoot issues, and enable smooth delivery of solutions.
Communicate analytical findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in all reporting outputs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–2 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role.
Strong proficiency in SQL.
Hands-on experience with Tableau and Power BI (dashboard development expertise required).
Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful insights.
Basic coding knowledge/background (e.g., Python or similar) is preferred.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
