About the role
- Support the management of systems and provide support that meets the requirements of the UK Pensions and Benefit Team.
- Provide effective support to the management of systems projects.
- Support the provision of data to internal and external sources.
- Support the development of improved ways of working within the UK Pensions & Benefits Team.
- Manage bulk processes/mailings.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel (with Power Query), Word, PowerPoint, Access, Project, and Power BI.
- Experience of pensions administration software would be advantageous.
- Experience of administering pension schemes and of defined benefit and defined contribution pension arrangements.
- Knowledge of Pension regulations relating to UK Pension Schemes would be advantageous.
- Ability to analyse and interpret statistical data to support decision-making.
- Project Management Skills would be advantageous.
- Good influencing skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Good verbal and written communication skills – ability to communicate in plain English.
