About the role
- Build, develop and maintain relationships with agreed National Accounts
- Develop strategic (board level to board level) relationships with specified accounts gaining panel positions
- Work with local Zurich sales office to promote and support the local development of National Accounts
- Build an effective network of key Zurich staff
- Negotiate the organization’s cost and attendance at conferences and other meetings
- Ensure high standard of corporate governance and regulatory compliance
- Ensure the organization addresses the needs and views of National Accounts at a product and strategic level
- Communicate effectively with the accounts and their members
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of all complaints and service issues
- Understand and respond to changing technology/IT requirements of accounts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and 2 or more years of experience in the Sales area OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4 or more years of experience in the Sales area
- Experience with account management underwriting loss development and underwriter communication
- Experience managing buying processes
- Portfolio management experience
- Experience with principles of sales, sales techniques, and sales terminology
- Experience working within a regulatory environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience analyzing financial statements
- Licensed to sell insurance products
