- adapting Zurich's innovative solutions to the construction industry
- leveraging Zurich’s risk engineering tools and services to improve customer risk
- delivering high quality construction consultative services for customers
- developing and maintaining positive customer and business partner relationships
- marketing and selling a wide range of fee services to customers
- producing advanced level presentations and delivering risk management training
- providing appropriate risk improvement advice and conducting loss investigations
- assisting customers with developing corporate and project specific QA/QC plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Construction Risk Engineering, Safety/ Risk Management, or Construction Field Operations OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in the Construction Risk Engineering, Safety/ Risk Management, or Construction Field Operations
- experience in Construction Safety/Risk
- Project Management and/or Superintendent experience
- experience with regulated and non-regulated fleets and data center construction
- advanced level knowledge of construction safety, operations, quality management and associated construction risks and exposures
- professional certifications such as: CRIS, ARM, CHST, CSP, ASP, P.E. etc.
- high level of computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office and IOS platforms
- proficiency in technical writing to create customer and internal business partner work products
- experience working in both independent and team environments
