Accountant
Zurich InsuranceAccounting role in the ZNA TPA team managing claims data processes for US customers. Seeking proactive candidates with finance skills and attention to detail based in Cracow, Poland.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation and processing of Electronic or over-deductible funding requests
- Responsible for Prefunds management process
- Responsible for Service fee and center invoices
- Responsible for Various check request payments related to different business lines
- Responsible for FAST system reconciliations
- Dealing with TPD (Third Party Deductible) issues
- Performing balance sheet account reconciliations in the Blackline system
- Executing controls within the ICFR framework
- Daily contact with US customers, both verbally and in writing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Finance and Accounting, Economy or equivalent academic degree
- At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience (Accounts Payable preferred)
- Solid basics of general accounting and knowledge of Accounts Payable process
- English skills – spoken and written at fluent level (C1)
- Good knowledge of Excel and financial system (SAP as preferred)
- Analytical skills and attention to details
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of Insurance/ Financial Services legislation and regulations (as an additional asset)
- ICFR exposure (as an additional asset)
