About the role
- Lead requirements analysis across system enhancements, regulatory change, and operational improvements
- Document clear user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and data mappings
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to design solutions that deliver measurable value
- Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and agile ceremonies to keep teams aligned and outcomes moving
- Support UAT, testing guidance, and release readiness to ensure high quality delivery
- Provide specialist life insurance system expertise to operations, production support, and incident investigations
Requirements
- A strong background as a Senior Business Analyst delivering large-scale change
- Proven experience working across product, regulatory, or platform uplifts
- Confidence working in agile environments using Jira, Confluence, and modern delivery practices
- Strong analytical capability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements
- Experience working across multiple workstreams in fast paced environments
- An openness to adopting AI enabled tools, with prior exposure or a willingness to learn how they can support your role.
