About the role
- Handle non-litigated GL claims of low to moderate exposure and complexity
- Manage a caseload within specified authority limits from beginning to end
- Collaborate and develop partnerships with internal and external points of contact
- Learn and develop knowledge of established protocols and industry best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and 2 or more years of experience in Claims Handling or Insurance
- Completion of Zurich Claims Training Program and 2 or more years of experience in the Claims or Insurance area
- Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree with 2 or more years of experience in Claims Handling or Insurance
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4 or more years of experience in Claims Handling or Insurance.
- Must obtain and maintain required adjuster license(s).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of insurance regulations, markets, and products.
