About the role
- Design exceptional digital experiences for customers, partners, advisers, brokers, and internal teams
- Use a human-centred, data-driven approach to design seamless, innovative solutions
- Work in multidisciplinary teams, championing the voice of the customer
- Collaborate with talented UX, Product, and CX designers in shaping best practice
- Connect with regional and global CX communities to expand influence
Requirements
- 6+ years’ experience in UX/Digital Product Design
- Strong UX/UI capability across web, app, information architecture, and end-to-end website redesigns
- Strength in IA, wireframing, and low-fi to high-fi prototyping
- Customer-led mindset with solid research and insight-to-action capability
- Experience running A/B tests and experimentation to validate and optimise designs
- Exposure working across multiple brands and adapting design approaches accordingly
- Confident across the full design process in fast-paced Agile teams
- Clear communicator able to engage stakeholders with flows, sketches & prototypes
- Data-driven approach to measuring design impact
- Creative problem-solver with curiosity for emerging tech and AI
- Insurance or retail experience is highly desirable
