About the role

  • With your deep SAP HCM Payroll expertise, you ensure reliable payroll for our employees by taking responsibility for the technical design, parts of the programming, and system customizing
  • You actively contribute to various IT- and payroll-related projects, particularly the transition from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors, applying your ideas and expertise
  • In this context, you work closely with different business units, gather requirements and translate them into IT solutions
  • You also serve as the IT interface to the central global team in Zurich
  • With attention to detail, you monitor production IT processes and eliminate errors, especially in the production payroll processes
  • Preparing documentation and technical process descriptions is also part of your responsibilities

Requirements

  • Solid, demonstrable experience in the SAP HCM Payroll environment, particularly in payroll processing, schemas, rules, and downstream processes
  • Certifications in SAP SuccessFactors modules are a plus but not mandatory
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills
  • Customer-oriented work approach and an interest in new topics
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
