About the role
- Act as the key liaison between business, partner, and IT teams to maintain strong alignment
- Facilitate discussions and workshops to understand stakeholder needs and priorities
- Participate in daily scrums with onshore and offshore technical teams
- Work closely with a cross-functional agile team to deliver initiatives using best practice
- Manage integration activities, communications, reporting, and status updates for senior leaders
- Ensure all releases are fully tested, compliant, and ready for deployment
Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Product Owner in a multi-national company
- Background working with airline, travel insurance, or similarly regulated industries
- Strong understanding of APIs, JSON, and systems integration
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives with strong planning and coordination skills
- Proven experience working within Agile environments and using Azure DevOps
- A customer‑centric mindset with the ability to balance business and technical needs
