About the role

  • Act as the key liaison between business, partner, and IT teams to maintain strong alignment
  • Facilitate discussions and workshops to understand stakeholder needs and priorities
  • Participate in daily scrums with onshore and offshore technical teams
  • Work closely with a cross-functional agile team to deliver initiatives using best practice
  • Manage integration activities, communications, reporting, and status updates for senior leaders
  • Ensure all releases are fully tested, compliant, and ready for deployment

Requirements

  • 8+ years’ experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Product Owner in a multi-national company
  • Background working with airline, travel insurance, or similarly regulated industries
  • Strong understanding of APIs, JSON, and systems integration
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives with strong planning and coordination skills
  • Proven experience working within Agile environments and using Azure DevOps
  • A customer‑centric mindset with the ability to balance business and technical needs
