About the role
- Manage Financial Lines claims from notification through to resolution, including complex coverage considerations
- Act as the key technical referral point for Financial Lines claims
- Partner with legal vendors to ensure best practice and efficient claim strategies
- Ensure all claims activities meet Zurich’s governance, policy, and compliance standard
- Oversee large loss portfolios and contribute to Financial Lines strategy and technical discussions
- Build strong working relationships with brokers, customers, and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Extensive Financial Lines claims experience, ideally managing complex matters
- Legal experience or a law degree will be an advantage
- Strong technical capability to interpret policies and provide sound guidance
- Experience building relationships with brokers, customers, and legal partners
- Proven ability to work with governance frameworks and manage compliance requirements
- Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to coach or support others on technical issues
