About the role

  • Support DA Direkt in the Online Performance Marketing department
  • Take ownership of individual tasks as a full member of the team
  • Participate in strategic and operational day-to-day activities
  • Conceptualize strategic and operational paid social initiatives
  • Contribute ideas for social media monitoring and trend research
  • Develop creative content
  • Set up and optimize ad campaigns on Facebook/Instagram (Meta) and TikTok
  • Analyze relevant KPIs and derive targeted recommendations for action
  • Brief creatives and ensure their quality

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a full-time student, ideally with a focus on business administration, marketing, communications, or a comparable degree program
  • Organized working style and reliability
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Analytical thinking, strong numerical affinity, and technical understanding
  • Initial experience in video production
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
