About the role

  • You analyze Management Liability risks and determine appropriate insurance terms and conditions — based on strategic objectives, internal underwriting guidelines and technical specifications
  • You develop and implement tailored, complex insurance solutions to meet the diverse needs of national and international corporate clients
  • You negotiate optimal solutions with clients and distribution partners, build trusting, professional relationships, and foster sustainable business partnerships
  • You stay close to the market, identify growth opportunities and use them to strategically build new business relationships and sustainably expand the portfolio
  • You actively contribute to the further development of our strategy, products and processes

Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor's degree or soon-to-be-completed Master's degree, ideally in Business Administration, Economics, Law or related fields
  • Experience and knowledge in Data Science are an advantage
  • Analytical skills and strong problem-solving abilities, systems thinking and a high willingness to learn
  • Proactive, communicative, outgoing and team-oriented personality with a strong sense of personal responsibility and customer focus
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English; good French skills are an advantage.
