About the role
- You will contribute to the design and implementation of strategic projects in the private and corporate client business and help further develop our advisory-focused business areas.
- You will gain insights into our customer and market strategy, actively shape market approach measures, and get to know our agency sales better.
- You will support us through data analyses and generate insights to steer our agencies and growth initiatives.
- You will assist in and coordinate the area’s exchange and decision-making formats, helping to prioritize strategic and operational topics.
- You will be part of a dynamic environment and learn about innovative sales approaches.
Requirements
- Completed bachelor’s degree or a master’s degree close to completion, preferably in economics or a related field.
- Initial professional experience in the financial industry or in management consulting is an advantage.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with a quick grasp of complex topics.
- Team player with strong motivation and a hands-on attitude.
- Excellent spoken and written German and English skills.
