About the role

  • You perform traditional underwriting tasks and develop tailored insurance solutions, from drones to business jets and within the aerospace segment.
  • You support the team with all tasks related to aviation insurance, handle the electronic processing of transactions, prepare documents and certificates, and contribute to working groups and projects.
  • You accompany our clients from initial inquiry through to contract conclusion, manage the in-force portfolio and support our claims team in the event of a loss.
  • You develop and maintain relationships with our clients and distribution partners to strengthen existing business and acquire new business.
  • You contribute to the strategic direction of the unit, track developments in new technologies and customer needs, and derive strategic opportunities.

Requirements

  • Completed a Bachelor’s degree or will soon complete a Master’s degree
  • Existing connection to aviation and experience in data analysis are an advantage
  • Proactive, team-oriented personality with a strong willingness to learn
  • Solution-focused, independent working style; enjoy client interaction, strong communication skills and a flair for numbers
  • Very good German and English skills (C1–C2); good French or Italian skills are an advantage
