About the role

  • You lead projects to further develop Zurich Switzerland’s P&C (Property & Casualty) business
  • You develop project plans, align them with the Digital Product Managers, integrate them into various roadmaps, and orchestrate implementation across the agile teams
  • You actively manage stakeholder expectations
  • You communicate transparently and at the appropriate level, reporting on project status, deliverables, progress, effort, risks, etc.
  • You work on cross-functional and transformative P&C topics and processes

Requirements

  • Completed Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with a focus in a business-related field or IT
  • At least 5 years of professional experience as a Project Manager or in related roles, preferably in the insurance, financial services, or consulting sectors
  • Proven experience in project work using agile (SAFe, Scrum) as well as traditional (waterfall) methodologies
  • Strong leadership presence with excellent presentation, analytical and conceptual skills, combined with a quick grasp of complex issues
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
