About the role
- You lead projects to further develop Zurich Switzerland’s P&C (Property & Casualty) business
- You develop project plans, align them with the Digital Product Managers, integrate them into various roadmaps, and orchestrate implementation across the agile teams
- You actively manage stakeholder expectations
- You communicate transparently and at the appropriate level, reporting on project status, deliverables, progress, effort, risks, etc.
- You work on cross-functional and transformative P&C topics and processes
Requirements
- Completed Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with a focus in a business-related field or IT
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a Project Manager or in related roles, preferably in the insurance, financial services, or consulting sectors
- Proven experience in project work using agile (SAFe, Scrum) as well as traditional (waterfall) methodologies
- Strong leadership presence with excellent presentation, analytical and conceptual skills, combined with a quick grasp of complex issues
- Very good written and spoken German and English
