About the role
- Create and prioritize the team backlog for the agile Billing team
- Develop user stories, product roadmaps and other relevant documents based on the product vision
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, business analysts, developers and testers to define requirements and processes
- Take responsibility for the further development and optimization of Guidewire and BillingCenter products at Zurich
- Monitor the team's development process and ensure that set objectives are met
Requirements
- University degree or degree from a university of applied sciences (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics)
- Proven experience in building and/or operating a financial or insurance platform
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in the insurance sector with strong knowledge of agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
- Proven experience in billing/collections (in-/exkasso); Guidewire experience is an advantage
- Fluent in German and English
