About the role

  • Perform statistical analyses and develop models for underwriting (acceptance), risk, demand, and optimization.
  • Implement pricing models and rates, ensuring documentation, traceability, and compliance within model governance.
  • Propose pricing adjustments and commercial segmentations based on quantitative and qualitative analyses.
  • Evaluate and monitor technical and commercial performance KPIs for business lines.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field: Actuarial Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or related disciplines.
  • Experience handling, integrating, and analyzing large datasets.
  • Knowledge of statistical and actuarial techniques and/or machine learning models applied to risk, demand, or pricing.
  • Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Specialization or experience in Data Science is desirable.
