About the role
- Lead the development and execution of communication strategies supporting business transformation
- Build a unified employer brand voice across functions and employee levels
- Partner closely with HR and executive leadership for employee alignment and engagement
- Leverage employee feedback tools to inform and improve programs
- Manage and develop a team of four or more communications professionals
- Coach senior leaders on high-impact enterprise-facing communications
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree and 7 or more years of experience in the Communications or Marketing area
- OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 9 or more years of experience in the Communications area
- OR Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 7 or more years of experience in the Communications or Marketing area
- Experience in communications technology and channel management, including intranet platforms (CMS), direct mail systems, and internal social channels
- Experience analyzing site data
- Experience with SharePoint, Salesforce, Photoshop and Adobe Writer
