About the role
- Drive and execute the distribution strategies to achieve business excellence for Life Distribution Business
- Drive and manage strategic initiatives by mobilizing resources, resolving conflicts, collaborating across teams & functions, providing clear prioritization of business initiatives to achieve business goals
- Build and foster trusted relationships with key stakeholders; responsible for engagements with frontline, distribution partners, business functions, etc. within the company
- Closely work with Direct Channel on strategic initiatives, business planning and operational excellence to accelerate business growth
- Ensure alignment between Distribution Channel and Direct Channel on strategic objectives and execution
- Leverage on internal and market data to provide insights into sales and customer feedback, market trend and business performance, recommendations for business excellence and continuous improvement
- Ensure the governance and compliance are in place and aligned with internal and external regulations and guidelines
- Responsible to produce regular and ad-hoc research papers / reports / business cases on strategic initiatives and market landscape
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in strategy development / project management / distribution engagement in insurance or financial services industry
- Solid knowledge in insurance products, distribution models, direct and digital channels, go-to-market processes, etc.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and influencing skills
- Effective communicator with strong presentation and reporting skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
