About the role
- You will contribute to the implementation and ongoing development of our new cloud-based core HR system and our overall HR systems landscape.
- You support the integration, testing, and alignment of SuccessFactors with ServiceNow, SAP HCM, and other interfaces and connected systems.
- You ensure smooth system operations for our HR applications — before, during, and after migration.
- You participate in quality assurance and handle operational requests and incidents.
Requirements
- University degree, ideally in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in supporting and enhancing HR information systems (e.g., ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, OpenText, UKA).
- Solid knowledge of both operational and strategic HR processes and how they interact.
- Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills to address issues clearly and with a solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent German and English skills (C1–C2 level), both written and spoken.
