About the role
- Contribute to our exciting transformation journey by supporting end‑to‑end change management for Group Audit’s strategic initiatives
- Partner with initiative leads to scope changes, shape design decisions and define simple, pragmatic implementation approaches
- Track adoption and outcome. Agree practical measures, gather feedback and lessons learned, summarise insights and recommend continuous improvement adjustments
- Create clear and engaging communications content. You’ll create and deliver polished and well-crafted messages in briefings and training, tailored for a range of different audiences
- Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders. This includes leaders, the GA community and our external stakeholders. You will gather inputs, feedback and build consensus on key change decisions
- Manage pace and priorities. You’ll be organising activities across multiple streams, surface risks/issues early and facilitate decisions to closure
Requirements
- Relevant change management experience: You’ve defining and delivering previous change activities, including scoping design decisions, delivery and implementation activities
- Strategic focus: You can see the big picture and prioritize initiative activities that delivers the greatest strategic impact
- Stakeholder engagement experience: You have collaborated with a range of stakeholders to build trust and gather input to help shape change management activities
- Storytelling and communication expertise: You have experience of building strong slide narratives and experience of delivering briefings and training to a range of stakeholder groups
- Benefits and outcomes focused: You have experience of defining adoption/success measures and using feedback and data to adjust plans
- A data mindset: You understand what good data structures look like, the guardrails and governance needed for safe use and how data can enable insights and future AI use cases
- Proactive delivery: You take ownership for delivery activities, can manage competing priorities effectively, anticipate issues and drive progress with speed and quality in a dynamic environment
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Prior experience of using GenAI
- Experience in the following is preferred but not essential: Agile knowledge & experience, including applying agile principles and iterative/incremental delivery to unlock value quickly and effectively
- Prior experience of Internal Audit or Risk Management
