About the role
- Monitor and execute operational controls using appropriate tools
- Develop and optimize technology processes
- Map IT processes according to the ITIL framework
- Implement and maintain control activities aligned with Group objectives
- Ensure remediation of any identified deficiencies
- Follow up on improvement actions resulting from audits
- Propose solutions to optimize the organization of unstructured data
Requirements
- Degree in Management, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Economics or similar fields
- Experience in Insurance, Financial Services or Consulting
- Technical skills in advanced Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, report creation in Power BI, O365
- Fluency in English
- Ability to analyze and interpret information, document processes, and collaborate effectively
- Proactivity, dynamism, creativity, critical thinking, and a results- and client-oriented mindset
