About the role

  • Monitor and execute operational controls using appropriate tools
  • Develop and optimize technology processes
  • Map IT processes according to the ITIL framework

Requirements

  • Degree in Management, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Economics or similar fields
  • Experience in Insurance, Financial Services or Consulting
  • Technical skills in advanced Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, report creation in Power BI, O365
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to analyze and interpret information, document processes, and collaborate effectively
  • Proactivity, dynamism, creativity, critical thinking, and a results- and client-oriented mindset
