About the role
- Responsible for the successful delivery of solutions by the Agile team
- Continuous improvement of value and workflow
- Assist in removing impediments that prevent teams from working effectively
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters and the Release Train Engineer
- Promote team culture and continuously evolve ways of working
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience as a Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, or Agile Coach
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum)
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Applied Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience with organizational change, digitalization, and related technologies
- Very good German and English skills
