About the role

  • Based at our Frankfurt location, you coordinate insurance-related information — such as coverage details, contract terms, and premium payments — with our international partners, clients and brokers
  • You act as the primary contact for your own client portfolio
  • Using your expertise, you produce local insurance policies and invoices for international insurance programs, supported by modern documentation tools
  • Regular communication and collaboration with colleagues across the global Zurich network are part of your daily work
  • As a team, you ensure excellent customer service and continuously improve our service processes
  • You are motivated to build and develop long-term relationships with your clients

Requirements

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g., insurance clerk) or a degree in business administration
  • Knowledge and experience in the Liability and Motor insurance lines (advantageous)
  • Strong organizational skills, good time management and a helpful attitude
  • High motivation to take on new and challenging tasks
  • Enjoy working in a team and achieving shared goals
  • Initial professional experience in customer service, ideally with corporate clients
  • Experience with MS Office applications and willingness to learn insurance-specific tools and systems
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
