About the role

  • Prepare and conduct actuarial analyses, including loss projections and technical reserves calculations under IFRS17
  • Ensure smooth collaboration within the Actuarial CoE and interact closely with stakeholders from other functions
  • Coordinate with Finance and Accounting to ensure the accuracy and adequacy of balance sheet and profit and loss statements
  • Provide insights on performance and business implications to Finance and Reserving Actuaries
  • Participate in the automation and continuous improvement of reserving and financial reporting processes

Requirements

  • University degree in mathematics, actuarial sciences, or a related field
  • Willingness to pursue an actuarial qualification
  • Initial experience with reserving methods is an advantage
  • Strong data management and programming skills (e.g. Python, VBA, R) are a plus
  • Team player mindset with enthusiasm, curiosity, and a positive attitude
  • Fluency in German and English, other languages are an advantage
