About the role
- Prepare and conduct actuarial analyses, including loss projections and technical reserves calculations under IFRS17
- Ensure smooth collaboration within the Actuarial CoE and interact closely with stakeholders from other functions
- Coordinate with Finance and Accounting to ensure the accuracy and adequacy of balance sheet and profit and loss statements
- Provide insights on performance and business implications to Finance and Reserving Actuaries
- Participate in the automation and continuous improvement of reserving and financial reporting processes
Requirements
- University degree in mathematics, actuarial sciences, or a related field
- Willingness to pursue an actuarial qualification
- Initial experience with reserving methods is an advantage
- Strong data management and programming skills (e.g. Python, VBA, R) are a plus
- Team player mindset with enthusiasm, curiosity, and a positive attitude
- Fluency in German and English, other languages are an advantage
