About the role
- You advise and support prospects, partners and existing customers in writing and by phone in the area of private non-life insurance
- You determine the appropriate insurance coverage for our customers, prepare quotes and follow up on them
- You provide competent information in response to customer inquiries and handle written customer correspondence to a high standard
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in the insurance industry (VBV certification is an advantage) or professional experience in a commercial and customer-focused role
- Sociable, service- and customer-oriented personality with enjoyment of telephone and written dialogue with customers and partners
- Team-oriented and resilient individual with strong sales and advisory skills
- Confident written and spoken German and French (min. C1)
