About the role
- Assist in regulatory monitoring, including tracking project progress, managing official correspondence, and monitoring new laws and regulations
- Maintain, update and approve Compliance policies and manuals
- Monitor and manage Anti-Money Laundering (AML) matters with the Zurich Group
- Contribute to improvements in internal Compliance processes (Integrated Internal Controls Methodology)
- Support Zurich Group requests related to the Compliance area (CRA, Annual Compliance Plan, Advice Reports, etc.)
- Support the Ethics and Integrity Program and its initiatives, including related-party analysis and related topics
- Promote the use of the Whistleblowing Channel (policy, processes, systems and communications)
- Operate and update internal Compliance control tools
- Perform control testing for the area according to the company's methodology
- Support the Compliance department leadership with reports and management reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Economics or related fields
- Advanced English
- Minimum knowledge of the insurance market / SUSEP
- Intermediate skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI
