About the role

  • At the Cologne location, you will actively contribute to various projects, particularly the migration from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors.
  • With your SAP expertise, you ensure reliable payroll processing for our employees.
  • You are responsible for technical design, parts of programming, and customizing.
  • You work closely with different business units, gather requirements, and tailor solutions individually.
  • As the interface to the global team in Zurich, you promote collaboration and knowledge exchange.
  • With a strong attention to detail, you monitor productive processes and ensure error-free operations.
  • Preparing documentation and process descriptions completes your range of responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical, conceptual and organizational skills
  • Customer-oriented working style and an interest in new topics
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Certifications in SAP SuccessFactors modules are an advantage
  • Solid experience in the SAP HR environment
