About the role

  • Contribute to delivering impactful audit engagements in Spanish entities, working closely with audit team members across the geographies in a supportive team environment.
  • Participate in all stages of the audit process, from planning to reporting.
  • Support the delivery of the audit plan by completing your assigned audit work of exceptional quality, on time and with impact.
  • Gain insights into key risks and processes in the insurance and financial sectors.
  • Build and maintain constructive relationships with stakeholders during audits.
  • Use Data Analytics, IT fundamentals, and GenAI to deliver smarter audits.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different countries in a dynamic, supportive environment.
  • Develop technical and interpersonal skills with a growth mindset.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or similar.
  • 1–2 years of experience (including internships), ideally in insurance or financial services.
  • Analytical and critical thinking, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
  • Basic knowledge of audit methodology, internal controls, and preferably insurance sector.
  • Interest in learning Data Analytics, IT, and GenAI.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • Proactive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to grow, with the ability to prioritize tasks and consistently deliver assigned activities on time.
