About the role
- You analyze, develop, and implement innovative products and services

- You drive the digitalization of occupational pension products, actively participate in projects, and also assume project leadership
- You lead and develop product-related measures such as training, product descriptions, and marketing materials
- You maintain tools that simplify processes and enable efficient market operations
Requirements
- Experience in product development and project management
- Analytical skills, with strong systems and conceptual thinking and approach
- Excellent communication skills, particularly for presentations
- Strong creativity and the ability to work well in a team
- Excellent German, very good English, and good French
