About the role
- Strengthen partnerships and deepen relationships with wholesale brokers, building closer, more personal and long‑term ties;
- Maintain an overview of the units that make up the Regional Management;
- Responsible for the tactical sales plan in the regions served;
- Identify business potential among wholesale brokers;
- Monitor adherence and results, providing guidance for the Commercial Managers and Sales Advisors within the Commercial Operating Model;
- Monitor Business Plans of Strategic Brokers, sales pipeline and execute the Commercial Forecast;
- Provide Commercial Managers with a comprehensive view of results and opportunities for strategic brokers;
- Analyze the commercial management tool to assess performance of active brokers and to develop strategic plans;
- Evaluate monthly performance of the Commercial Managers on the team and define action plans to support decision‑making;
- Support negotiation of strategic opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Insurance or related fields;
- Postgraduate degree in Business or Management preferred;
- Willingness to travel;
- Intermediate English;
- Extensive knowledge of the broker market in the regions served and of insurance products across lines of business (Life and General Insurance);
- Knowledge of large‑risk negotiations such as Surety/Guarantee, Financial Lines, Engineering, Property and Liability;
- Proven experience in commercial/sales roles;
- Proven experience in people management.
