About the role

  • Strengthen partnerships and deepen relationships with wholesale brokers, building closer, more personal and long‑term ties;
  • Maintain an overview of the units that make up the Regional Management;
  • Responsible for the tactical sales plan in the regions served;
  • Identify business potential among wholesale brokers;
  • Monitor adherence and results, providing guidance for the Commercial Managers and Sales Advisors within the Commercial Operating Model;
  • Monitor Business Plans of Strategic Brokers, sales pipeline and execute the Commercial Forecast;
  • Provide Commercial Managers with a comprehensive view of results and opportunities for strategic brokers;
  • Analyze the commercial management tool to assess performance of active brokers and to develop strategic plans;
  • Evaluate monthly performance of the Commercial Managers on the team and define action plans to support decision‑making;
  • Support negotiation of strategic opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Insurance or related fields;
  • Postgraduate degree in Business or Management preferred;
  • Willingness to travel;
  • Intermediate English;
  • Extensive knowledge of the broker market in the regions served and of insurance products across lines of business (Life and General Insurance);
  • Knowledge of large‑risk negotiations such as Surety/Guarantee, Financial Lines, Engineering, Property and Liability;
  • Proven experience in commercial/sales roles;
  • Proven experience in people management.
