About the role
- Independently handle claims and efficiently process all benefit cases in property insurance
- Manage complex claims
- Review the facts of each case and independently authorize payouts according to individual approval authority
- Maintain extensive contact with various stakeholders (customers, business partners, etc.)
Requirements
- Completed education (Matura / commercial school / HAK / HTL / apprenticeship qualification)
- Initial professional experience in telephone customer service, complaint management, or the insurance industry
- Legal or law-related background is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and a decisive personality
- Good MS Office skills (especially Outlook)
- Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
