About the role

  • Independently handle claims and efficiently process all benefit cases in property insurance
  • Manage complex claims
  • Review the facts of each case and independently authorize payouts according to individual approval authority
  • Maintain extensive contact with various stakeholders (customers, business partners, etc.)

Requirements

  • Completed education (Matura / commercial school / HAK / HTL / apprenticeship qualification)
  • Initial professional experience in telephone customer service, complaint management, or the insurance industry
  • Legal or law-related background is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and a decisive personality
  • Good MS Office skills (especially Outlook)
  • Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
