About the role
- develop and deepen relationships with key brokers
- own, build and execute distribution strategies for key brokers
- support underwriters by introducing new business opportunities
- monitor broker performance and identify trends for growth
- collaborate across UK offices to deliver regional initiatives
- contribute to client proposition development through creative portfolio solutions
