About the role

  • You recruit top talent for the positions you are responsible for across various business areas at Zurich Switzerland's country headquarters
  • You provide value-adding advice to leaders on all recruitment-related matters in German and French and ensure an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience
  • You proactively help implement strategic recruitment initiatives and take on subject-matter-expert responsibilities
  • During holiday cover, you handle recruitment for other areas and support your colleagues with hiring across all language regions (primarily for the Romandy/Francophone region)
  • You maintain relationships with internal stakeholders (hiring managers, employees, HR interfaces, Legal & Compliance, Marketing & Communications) as well as external stakeholders (candidates, recruitment agencies, third-party providers)

Requirements

  • University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) or equivalent professional education/training in HR
  • Initial professional experience in HR and a strong interest in deepening your HR expertise
  • Proven ability to advise leaders effectively and drive projects, combined with a high level of responsibility and strong customer orientation
  • Strong IT affinity and technological proficiency (virtual interviewing, SuccessFactors Recruiting, LinkedIn, HR SAP, MS Office 365, Outlook, ServiceNow ticketing system)
  • Excellent German and French language skills (C1/C2 level); good English and/or Italian skills are an advantage
