About the role
- You will support financial and bank advisors as well as multipliers at the Frankfurt location on technical and sales-related questions regarding private pension provision — by phone and in writing
- Use your expertise to assist with the use of advisory journeys and digital advisory tools
- You will be offered a broad and responsible role in which you develop individual customer solutions using our diverse product portfolio and innovative tools
- In this role you are responsible for guiding complex contract arrangements and cross-selling approaches, for example in competitive comparisons, high-volume transactions or intergenerational wealth transfers
- You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and quality assurance of sales and training materials and to participate actively in the design and process implementation of marketing and sales campaigns — including interface management between sales, specialist departments and sales support
Requirements
- Team-player mentality, confident and structured working style, entrepreneurial thinking and high resilience
- Sales affinity, service orientation and strength in telephone-based advisory
- Independent, self-directed and solution-oriented working style and an affinity for digital media
- Insurance-specific expertise (private pension provision, basic knowledge of direct insurance, private property insurance) and good MS Office skills
- Completed vocational training as an insurance clerk or qualification as an Insurance Specialist (Versicherungsfachwirt/in)
