About the role
- Analyze the insurance portfolio in detail and identify optimization opportunities
- Develop and implement methods and tools for portfolio analysis and optimization
- Support the definition and creation of metrics, KPIs and dashboards
- Derive valuable insights from data to advance the underwriting strategy
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in data analysis or portfolio management in non-life insurance
- Degree in economics or natural sciences, mathematics, statistics, data science or (business) informatics — or equivalent professional experience
- Strong skills in data processing and programming, preferably in Python or R
- Very good German and English language skills
- Actuarial knowledge in pricing and reserving is an asset
