About the role
- As a Sales Trainer focused on SMEs, you enable field and inside sales employees to develop their technical and sales competencies with an emphasis on SME business (non-life and life/pension products), delivering sessions as in-person trainings or within virtual learning units
- You work on an equal footing with course participants, inform managers about their learning progress and define effective measures to create a more appropriate learning environment and achieve positive results
- You are involved in conceptual work as a subject matter expert and revise and develop existing trainings and, as needed, design new trainings for both physical and virtual formats
Requirements
- Professional certificate in private insurance, higher vocational college (HF) or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in SME insurance advisory and experience in adult education
- SVEB certification is an advantage
- Digital fluency, customer-oriented mindset, openness to new approaches and willingness to drive cross-team change
- High self‑initiative as well as strong presentation and communication skills
- Excellent German skills; French is an advantage
